Mission of Our Church
The mission of the Willow Lake Congregational United Church of Christ shall be to bind together followers of Jesus Christ, for the purpose of sharing in the worship of God and in making God's will dominant in the lives of humankind, individually and collectively, especially as that will is set forth in the life, teachings, death, and living presence of Jesus Christ. This church acknowledges as its sole head, Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Savior of humankind. It acknowledges as brethren in Christ all who share in this confession. It looks to the Word of God….in scriptures, and to the presence and the power of the Holy Spirit, to prosper its creative and redemptive work in the world.
Pastor Rosanne Dyce-Anderson welcomes everyone to the Willow Lake Congregational, UCC
Pastor Rosanne is a Licensed Pastor with the South Dakota Conference, United Church of Christ. She has three years of theological training from Yankton College with professors from seminaries. She graduated with an Associate Degree in Theology. She is a former elementary and middle school teacher. She is actively involved in the South Dakota Conference. She has served on the National, UCC Justice and Witness Ministries Board. She serves on the National Prophetic Vision Working Group as chairperson. She is now attending seminary at Lexington Theological Seminary, in Lexington, Kentucky.
